Spoons, a spatula and a corner spoon carved from dense olivewood offcuts. Gentle on enamel and seasoned steel, and they only get handsomer with oil and use.
Wash by hand and rub with oil when they look thirsty.
Wash by hand in warm water and dry straight away. Carbon steel and cast iron like a thin coat of oil after drying; wood likes a rub of oil once a month. Nothing we make belongs in the dishwasher, except the stoneware.
