This is a demo store. It takes test payments only: no card is charged and nothing is shipped. The policy below is how the shop would work.
Hats are folded in paper and posted in card, with no plastic. Delivery is free on every order.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves.
Ladles and buckets travel wrapped in their own towel-weight paper so the wood arrives unmarked.
If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. Write to us first and we will explain how to send it back; once it arrives we refund the full price to your original payment method.
Anything that arrives damaged is our responsibility. Send us a photograph within a week of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Opened scent oils cannot be returned.
