Oven safe to 500°F, lid knob included. Works on every hob, induction too.
Wash by hand in warm water and dry straight away. Carbon steel and cast iron like a thin coat of oil after drying; wood likes a rub of oil once a month. Nothing we make belongs in the dishwasher, except the stoneware.
